Hello Arrowmen,

Many of you have been waiting for this moment, and now it is finally here!

Here is the registration form for NOAC 2018.  The Los Padres Council has been allotted 15 slots for the event: 3 Adults and 12 Youth. (Youth for OA is up to age 21…which is considered Youth Plus.)  This means that we expect to have more Arrowmen interested in attending than we have openings.  The Council is trying to get an increase to our allotment, but will not have an answer until a later date if this is going to be possible. We want to let everyone know the status up front.

All slots will be filled on a first come, first served basis from the time the form and deposit of $200 is received at the Santa Barbara office (address on registration form).   A waiting list will be created for any additional registrations we receive, while we try to get more openings.

The plan for travel is to leave Saturday, July 29, 2018, fly into Indianapolis and get ground transportation to Bloomington where we will and stay the night in a hotel.  The next morning we will wake up and head out to NOAC for check-in.  We will enjoy a week-long set of programs and events, and then check out on Saturday, August 4, 2018 to head to the airport for our flight home.

It has not been decided which California airport we will be flying in and out of at this time. We are considering Santa Barbara and Los Angeles. If anyone has an affiliation with a travel service please contact me to investigate rates.
